1.Use only Internet Explorer (Other browsers will not support).

2.Open Internet Explorer, Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Custom level.

3.In the appearing “Security Setting” window, look for “Activex controls and plug-ins” & make the following changes

Automatic Prompting for Activex Controls --> Enable
Binary & Script behaviours --> Enable
Download signed. Activex controls --> Enable
Download unsigned Activex controls --> Enable
Intialize and script Activex control not marked as safe --> Enable
Run Activex controls and plugins --> Enable
Script Activex Controls marked safe for scripting --> Enable

4. Click OK in “Security Setting” window and “Internet Options” window.
