- To help in working of the cooperative societies
- To convene conference, seminars, study groups, discussions etc., and to train illiterate in cooperation
- To publish leaflets, pamphlets, magazines, arranging of dramas, songs etc relating to cooperative movement
- To maintain library
- To popularize through exhibitions the products of cooperative and sympathizing institutions and also to explain the working of the cooperative institutions
- To arrange for and encourage research in the development of cooperative movement and conduct of economic survey of villages
- To collect funds according to the by laws and to administer such funds and to donate from such funds similar objects
